No, thank you Michael, you got it exactly and there are many on the US and
Canadian left who either do not get it or just don't give a fuck. Further,
those intent on wiping out Indians are forced to repudiate and expose the
hypocrisy of their own private property and other "sacreds", along with
Article VI Section 2 of the US Constitution, as they continue in their
illegal "takings" (illegal even in terms of their own laws and legal
constructs) of Indian lands and genocide. In addition to outright and naked
abrogations of existing treaties, another way to get rid of treaties and
their applicability of their terms, is to simply get rid of any ancestors
of those who signed the original treaties: No Indigenous Peoples left, no
applicable treaties or treaty rights left to apply.
