Ahem. The WSJ, as Hegel, must be put upside down to make sense. I 
would add the less impressive Presidents of more massive -thus 
definitory and staunch defenders of Chávez, etc., against foreign 
intromissions- Brazil and even Argentina, without whom there will 
never exist unity in Latin America. Such leaders are for the WSJ "not 
only a threat to US security interests in the Western hemisphere and 
beyond" but also "a menace to the well being of their [US's 
leadership] people"
