[A-List] Yiels Curve Conundrum
Dear Cristobal,
I think you misinterpreted Macdonald's post. In his
post Macdonald was complaining about Grok, not Henry.
Also, I am not sure how you concluded that Charles,
together with Macdonald want to get stuck in the 19th
century concepts, but as both Henry and I know, both
Macdonald and Charles know better than that, possibly
because both Henry and I have known Macdonald and
Charles from this virtual world for many a years. As
you may recall, Henry called Charles "comrade in arms"
recently and Macdonald thanked Sarah a while ago for
mentioning his name together with Gunder, Henry and a
few others, referring to all them as his teachers.
As I always say, there is something bizarre in these
virtual communications and none of us is immune to
such misunderstandings, so I hope my post clarifies
the situation.
All the best,
Sabri

Thanks for your confidence in me, Sabri.
Just to clarify what may be happening here, Somebody with that same name ,
Cristobal Senior, and email address ,started sending me private emails a
couple of years ago. I really don't know who it is. The sender was very
upset with Doug Henwood and his list. At some point, the poster started to
get upset with some of my replies to the poster, as I recall it had to do
with interpretations of quantum mechanics and the like. Most of this was
"offlists"; though as I think of it Cristobol may have gone on the list at
some point. I sort of teased Cristobol about all the nasty notes he had sent
me offlist , but I never busted Cristobol on the list. It stopped a year ago
or so. So, Critobal Senior has a bone to pick with me from then, maybe not
so much anything that has been posted here lately.
This may explain why Cristobal is sort of attacking me "out of the blue"
from the standpoint of listmembers.
As far as 19th Century thinking, what's old is new again, the dialectical
spiral at a higher level :>)
