I agree with Craig in that this horse is dead. 

I have been away from the net all day and started reading/skimming the
HIV-AIDS controversy related exchanges on the list only a short while ago.
Although I have heard about this controversy before, I was not as
knowledgable about the controversy as many of the list participants in this
discussion. What I have read so far has been very educational and I am glad
that I am now better informed about the controversy. I hope most other list
members have also found this discussion useful.

Another pleasant aspect of this discussion was that we got to hear from
several list members who had never posted to the list before. I hope that
they will continue to contribute to the list also in the future.

Despite these, however, I think it is best to bring this thread to a
closure. It is obvious that we are not going to resolve this controversy
here and I believe that those of us who were not familiar with this debate
now know enough to follow this up on their own, if they so choose, of
course. Personally speaking, however, I would be glad to receive information
regarding the recent developments in the progress of this controversy also
in the future. If those of you who follow the controversy can give us some
updates every now and then, that would be great.
