There are all kinds of plans sitting in the high security file drawers
of some G-3, including one to invade Cuba that I saw 12 years ago.

Problem remains capacity.  140,000 US forces are now bottled up on
compounds in Iraq, more in Afghanistan, and the Gulf Coast was just
destroyed.

Chavez' warning is prudent, but the US does not have a bench deep
enough to make this play this right now.
