..Just to avoid any misunderstanding....When speaking of Hussein 'burying
tens of thousands of conscripts in the sand' and then, 'because that
is...[what] is undeniably implied'....
The "what" I am, of course, actually referring to is the *responsibility*
for those deaths..which, it is clear, Chomat defines (incredibly) to be that
of Hussein's...
