Good question! 

For similar reasons, I have always felt uncomfortable with approving the
posts of Orion Anderson, which almost always get caught by the list filters,
since he keeps posting them in html format, in spite of the list moderators'
requests. 

Maybe he does not read the list, so he does not know about that he needs to
post in the plain-text format, hwo knows?

The address Orion Anderson is posting from is a member address of the list>
However, the name associated with this address at the members site available
to me and the other moderators appears different. 

Unless Orion Anderson steps forward, introduces himself to the list and
tells us about his politics, I no longer will approve his posts.

So, Orion, we are waiting for you to say a few words and answer Paul's
question.
