Micheal,

It was not me who characterized Bill's views apocalyptic. It was "Techie"
who did that and I have a feeling that this "Techie" and "MW" are the same
person. Who knows maybe they are not.

I don't think anyone can plan any future without taking into account
America's plans. But for taking into account America's plans we do not need
to engage in "your" struggles in your country. It is you Americans who need
to do the work. Likewise, you do not need to engage in our struggles with,
say, the Turkish nationalists or religious fundamentalist, since it is us
who need to deal with them. 

Like-minded people of all countries should cooperate and coordinate at the
macro level, not at the micro level.

This is what I meant.
