Today I learned with great sadness that a longtime "virtual" friend, Bob
Everton of Vancouver, Canada, passed away. I came to know Bob through our
participation in organizing November 30, 1999 Global Day of Action and our
virtual "friendship" continued for many years after that. A memorial for Bob
Everton will take place - Thursday, December 23rd at 6 pm - Glenhaven
Memorial Chapel in Vancouver and below is a memorial website for Bob:
