Alvin Toffler espounded the new theoretical doctrine of war, based on a
changed set of factors in the mode of production in his 1990 book "Poweshift" and
his following book, "War and Antiwar'" expounds the political doctrine and
basis to sustain power in the new world. His 1970 book "Future Shock," his 1980
book "The Third Wave" and his 1990 book "Powershift" with the Third Wave" being
published in millions of copies in China, summarized thousands of years of
history and is the theory basis of current imperial policy.
