[A-List] Hudson Super Imperialism Seminar

Dear All,

Let me first inform you that I have been quite busy
with my second PhD study for the past year and a half
and I will continue to be quite busy with it for at
least another year or two.

Consequently, I will not be able to play a very active
role in running this seminar but I have enough time to
follow the discussions. At least, I read the book last
summer.

I suggest the following:

1) Let us identify a list member who is willing to
lead the discussions. John Enyang gave it a try but,
apparently, he was too busy.

2) And advertise it at a few places.

What I have in mind are:

a) PEN-L (Progressive Economists) and I can do that.
b) Marxmail and maybe Louis can help us with that.
c) Independent Social Scientists of Turkey and I can
do that too.
d) World Systems friends and maybe John can help us
with that.

Of course, others may have in mind other places to
advertise it. Maybe Macdonald can do that in his
lists, for example. And other lists such as The New
Forum and Gang8, with which Michael Hudson is
connected,  may also be considered. And Anne maybe
interested in inviting a few libertarians, who konws?

In any event, if the number of participants is larger
than a few then the likelihood of the success of the
seminar would also be larger.
