US urges EU and Japan to share reconstruction of Iraq and will ask some to
forgive Iraq's loans while she retains the oil money for herself. And the UN
justifies all her acts.

A lion, a wolf and a fox went for a hunt. At the day's end their bag was a
wild ass, a deer and a rabbit. The lion asked the wolf to divide the bag
among the three.

The wolf said, your majesty, you being the largest shall get the ass. I
should get the deer and fox being the smalllest shall get the rabbit. The
lion slapped the wolf and his one eye was busted.

Lion then asked the fox to do the dvision. The fox said, yourmajesty should
have the ass for your lunch, the deer for your dinner and rabbit as
breakfast. The lion was greatly amused and asked the fox, who taught such
good division? Fox said, the blinded eye of the wolf made me learn it.
