This ludicrous IFC pact will achieve nothing but increased employment for
multilateral parasites....and lots andl ots of shiny brochures for the IFC's
farflung reception rooms. The IFC are just a loathesome bunch.....yammering
about the glories of the market and private property, while they assist the
very
banks (the named banks were continual "privatization" offenders in Russia)
which signed the pact thieve away foreigners' property. -A.
