Allen:

I meant neoliberalism.  Neoconservatism uses neoliberalism to justify
the war. I have no quarrel with domestic neoconservatism, even though I
do not sympathize with its ideas, but it is neoliberalism that is the
real cause of foreign wars.

I am getting a lot of support e-mail directly from both the left and the
libertarian right, and some negatives from neoliberals. The articles
apparently has been reprinted in many countries.  The wonders of the
Internet!
