By threatening the measures advocated in this article, Saudi Arabia might
delay, if not prevent the invasion of Iraq.....by diverting US troops to
Riyadh.
Not, perhaps, the solution Prince Abdullah is searching for....

As for North Korea, those of all political stripes who today so triumphantly
cite this "crisis" as proof of the inconsistancy of US policy might consider
that their arguments will appear in a different light after the carrier
groups are done in Iraq.

Will they then support the next deployment in the name of "consistency"?
