There were no antiwar demonstrations in Detroit. The reason is that we are not going to fight for capitalist -- in a mass class sense, and this sentiment is generational. There was of course busing of Detroiter's that went to Washingtonian from our church based social groupings. The "rust bowl" is not backwards but ultra political.
10,000 revolutionaries could take power in American today but no one believes this. The Bush administration collapsed yesterday, but no one believes this and only sense what has taken place. Here is the difference between class-consciousness and political consciousness in the Marxist sense.
