I have a few questions:

If North Korea is a sovereign nation is she not entitled to make arrangments
to defend her integrity?

Is North Korea the only nation building nuclear weapons that she should be
disuaded from doing so?

Is monitoring also provided in other countries that posses nuclear weapons
or are going to have them?

What arrangements are in place in Israel to ensure she does not build any
nuclear weapons. If she already does not hold the reported 200?

It is reported that 95% of international trade in weapons is carried on by
the five nuclear powers that are permanent members of the UNSC and primarily
responsible to ensure peace in the world.

How closer will the world be to peace when such policies are followed?
