Kissinger is put there to save the Saudi royal house.  He is going to issue a
report to absolve Suadi Arabia from 9:11.  The irony is that rumor of Saudi
finance of Al Quada is what keeps the Saudi royal house from being overthrown by
Arab nationalism.  Kissinger can save the Saudi royal house from the US, but he
will by doing so condamn the Saudi royal house to a fate of demise from
revolutionary agitation, at which point the US will occupy Saudi Arabia to save
it.
