Michael: I object to your thread title vehemently. This is not "tensions"
anymore than what is happeneing in Iraq is an "Iraqi-American crisis". In both
cases it all is initiated by America, period.

This set of articles was prompted several months ago by plants on the business
pages about a few sheiks supposedly trying to pull out their money and start a
snowball collapse of the market. The story was utter hogwash. It served,
however, to plant an idea in the heads of the trader-types (et al) who read the
business pages. It was not an accident.

Now, they "find" a connection to "9-11". Well, is there anything for which 9-11
won't be the justification for? Since I believe that "9-11" is all about
re-drawing themaps and re-colonising the Middle East, this not only doesn't
surprise me, it was expected.This thread should be properly titled "US
provocation of Saudis" or something else. The content is nothing in importance
compared to the fact the article appears at all.
