please be patient with the stupid but it seems like youre saying that the collapse of imperialism and capitalism are inevitable here, but...

here your call for revolution seems to imply that it is not inevitable or that it really matters what we do now, yet the scenario you depict does not give much hope that anything we can do now will matter more than, as you say, a cup of warm spit.
