I know we lefties recoil from national stereotypes as a matter of course
(although I think an analysis of international football styles would
roughly support such stereotyping), but this is almost word-for-word
what I wrote in my journal during the cramped hours winging home from
Turkey last year. I was missing Turks already, you see.
