The IMF can NOT be reformed. It's purpose is NOT to provide
"capital out to the peripheries" - never was, isn't now, and never
will be. The only thing to do with the IMF is KILL it! -A.
PS Argentina doesn't need the IMF, nor does any other nation.
The American Empire needs the IMF, and the EU to a certain degree.
