we gotta remember that of all the msart bombs in 1991, only 7 percenyt
were smart, and they only hit target 50-70 % of the time. never mind the
remainig 93 % dumb bombs. and that after all the CNN hoopla about
pioneers - many of which fell to ground with plop.
on the other hand, the cluster bombs and the depleted uranium in iraq and
YU did have intended effect....and still do in form of bireth defects
