CB: No. Some superiors of the shooters in the CIA ? J. Edgar Hoover's approval for the assassination probably had to be had before hand, if he was not in on the planning.

Johnson was acceptable to which ever reactionary section of capital decided to ice Kennedy.

By the way, Hoover's as a secret police boss for fifty years, spanning several presidents is another chink in the U.S. democratic mask
