[CrashList] ADMIN bounces and nomails

some listers who were set to NOMAIL may now be receiving messages, as a side-effect
of my trying to deal with bounces. If this is the case, I'd be obliged if you'd let
me know offlist rather than by writing direct to the list.

If people plan to be away please do remember to unsub or to set your mail option to
NOMAIL, rather than simply allowing your mailbox to overflow, which results in
excessive bounces and false subscription data.
